The location would suit someone who wants to be central enough that everyday transport costs are next to nothing, without being in the very heart of the city centre - no spillover from the nightlife. I desire a move to DIss, Eye or within walkable/cyclable reach of either so I can live closer to my young daughter. Location is my sole motive so if it's not near Diss or Eye, I won't be interested.
