Double glazed and gas central heating throughout. If you’re thinking about a move, I honestly think you should consider Leeds. It’s got such a good balance, the nightlife is great, there are loads of really good restaurants, and the shopping is spot on with a mix of big names and independent places. There’s always something happening, but it never feels too hectic. What I’ve always liked is that you get proper city life, but you’re still close to parks and countryside when you want a break from it all. The transport links are solid too, so getting around is easy. It’s just a genuinely good place to live. But looking for a fresh start with my daughter as not many connections left here for us, its been a great 20yrs but nows the tine time to move on.
