The building was completed in 2019 and I have been the only tenant. I haven’t made any changes to decoration, and there is virtually no wear to the carpets or fittings. The building is in an excellent location for access to the M1 and M25. Outside: large car park, never any difficulty parking. Directly opposite the flats is a large, pretty green space. General: excellent sound proofing so flat is very quiet. Plenty of plug sockets. Well-lit. Video entry phone & key fob entry on every floor. Hallway: video entry phone. Large storage cupboard, room for vacuum cleaner etc. Bedroom: room for a king size bed and other furniture, leaving plenty of space to walk round. Sky TV access point. Bathroom: bath with shower over. V good water pressure so feels like a power shower. Shaver socket. Heated towel rail. Living room: this side of the flat gets all the light during the day. Balcony doors on two sides. Phone, broadband & Sky sockets. Large enough for two sofas. Kitchen: hardly used by me! Lots of cupboard storage. I’d be happy to sell the virtually new gas oven and possibly the fridge freezer. Still space for a washing machine. Built in double bin under sink.
