There is also the huge Corstorphine Nature Reserve only minutes away, plus a large local park, so a very green area with a lot of wildlife (there are foxes and a badger in the back garden!). Pets are allowed. The house is built in such a way as to give you complete privacy in the lounge & kitchen. It is a good quality old council estate, nearly all bought nowadays, and is definitely a middle class up-and-coming area, but only 35 mins away by bus to the city centre with all its nightspots and restaurants, as well as the festival.
