Permit is required for weekdays but it's quite reasonable and works out only a few pence per day. If you're out during the day on weekdays you won't need a permit as the permit holder times are only from 1:00pm-2:30pm, so as long as you're not parked then you'll be fine. Friendly neighbours. Only 5 other flats in building, which is only two floors. One flight of stairs up to flat. Nice little enclosed garden area outside the building with clothes lines for drying clothes. If you have a bike you can store it safely in there. Living room and bedroom recently painted a nice neutral colour. Large bathroom. Large storage cupboard with shelving (more like a room). Linen closet. Mixer shower over bath. Gas central heating with combi boiler. Lovely views out of windows, with trees and woodland. Squirrels and magpies can be seen most days from kitchen window which is really nice. Entrance to Hilly Fields just a few yards up the road. You feel close to nature here. Postbox right across the road (quite handy). I love it here but want to move closer to family as due to sleep problems and feeling exhausted most of the time, it's tiring driving the distance on a regular basis.
