We have a semi detached 2 bedroom bungalow with double glazing, gas central heating, wetroom, and modern kitchen. There is a fully enclosed back garden with a wooden garden shed. The front garden is maintained by the council. The village has a post office, a pub & regular buses to York and Hull. We are from a very rural background so, although Barmby Moor is a friendly and quiet village, we are looking for a bungalow in open countryside. We are happy to consider 3 way exchanges, but we are not interested in built up areas and cities, and no flats thanks. We do need to remain in East or North Yorkshire within 15 miles of York, for work and family.
