Re-subscribing to House Exchange has never been easier! This step by step guide will take you through the process of renewing your subscription.

Some key points before we start:

  • You will be able to renew your House Exchange subscription from the point at which it has 1 month remaining until expiry
  • If you do not renew your subscription before it's expiry date, your House Exchange account will be closed, meaning you would need to create a new registration in order to continue to use our service
  • Payments to House Exchange do not roll over, meaning you are required to manually re-subscribe to our service, should you wish to do so

Step 1

Login to your House Exchange account and click on the 'My Profile' button above the House Exchange dashboard.

Step 2

From here, you can view information such as when you joined House Exchange, and your subscription's expiry date. Now click on the 'Renew my account' button.

Step 3

Select the subscription length that you would like to renew for:

  • 3 months - £9.99
  • 6 months - £14.99
  • 1 year - £19.99 

Step 4

Double check to ensure that your billing address details are correct, before clicking the 'Continue' button.

Step 5

Now it is time to choose your payment method and re-subscribe!

There are 2 ways to pay on House Exchange; via PayPal, or with your Credit/Debit card. 

Paying via PayPal

1. Clicking the 'Pay with PayPal' option will open PayPal in another window and you'll be required to login to your PayPal account

2. Once logged in, click the 'Complete Purchase' button

3. Now wait for your payment to process. Once done, click 'Return to Seller'

4. Your payment has now been completed! You may be logged out of your account - if so, simply log back in and continue your search for a swap

Paying via Bank Card

1. Select the type of bank card you would like to pay with

2. Enter your payment details and double check that these are correct

3. Click the 'Pay Now' button, you may be required to authorise your payment via your online banking

5. Your payment has now been processed! You may be logged out of your account - if so, simply log back in and continue your search for a swap

4. Now wait for your payment to process. Once done, you will receive a confirmation message

 

Top tip! Always double check the information you are providing, this is especially important when inputting your payment details
