How To Edit Contact Details Back
Have your details changed?
We recognise that everyone's contact details change from time to time for a multitude of reasons. As such, we have created this quick guide that will show you how to change your contact details on House Exchange.
Step 1
Login to your House Exchange account and click on the 'Account Details' button from the House Exchange dashboard.
Step 2
Click on the 'Contact Details' tab.
Before you continue... Please note that you have 2 sets of contact details on House Exchange.
First off are the contact details that are registered to your account, and will be used by House Exchange should we wish to contact you.
Secondly, you have the optional set of details that are displayed on your House Exchange property advert.
Step 3
To change the contact details registered to your House Exchange account, please edit the information in the boxes under 'My Contact Details'.
Step 4
To change your details visible to other House Exchange users, please edit the information in the boxes under 'Advert Contact Details'.
Top tip! To remove a piece of information, simply delete it from the text box and leave this blank.
Step 5
Once done, click 'Save contact details'. To indicate that this has been changed, a pop up message should appear at the top of the screen saying 'Success: Your contact preferences have been updated'.
