Move-on social housing options for those who need it

Homefinder UK are a national housing mobility scheme helping individuals and households who want or need to move. This might be to find a home that better matches their household size, personal or financial circumstances. The scheme is available to anyone willing to move nationwide including: 

• Homeless households 
• Applicants living in temporary accommodation 
• Private sector tenants threatened with homelessness 
• Victims & survivors of domestic abuse & grooming through Revive project
• Overcrowded families & social tenants 
• Ex-offenders and veterans

To date, Homefinder UK have successfully rehoused over 1000 homeless individuals and households into permanent social housing across the country. 

All properties advertised are at social rent levels and have a secure tenancy. You can find out which properties are available by visiting Homefinder UK’s website.

Unique Case management Service

Homefinder UK is the only national move-on scheme in the UK that provides case management services to applicants who are homeless.  

The Case Manager will help you complete any additional application forms and provide information about the property, area and housing association who has advertised the property.

The case management service is only available if your council or housing association landlord is a registered member of Homefinder UK. Contact the case management team if you need more information.
